Harley-Davidson, Inc. (NYSE:HOG) has announced the retirement of Gail A. Lione from her positions as Executive Vice President, General Counsel, Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer, effective April 30, 2010.  Lione Will Continue to Serve as President of the Harley-Davidson Foundation.
